Short Film Creations creates personalized cinematic short films featuring your family members as characters, based on the reference photos and details you provide. Each movie is an original creative work produced for your family.

You agree to provide accurate information and photos you have the right to use, to authorize the use of any minors' likenesses as their parent or legal guardian, and to respond to our requests for additional details needed to complete your movie.

Pricing is confirmed with your movie request. Production begins once your request and any required payment are confirmed. Timelines vary with the complexity of your story and our current schedule; your needed-by date is a target, not a guarantee, unless separately agreed in writing.

We want you to love your movie. Details about included revisions and any applicable fees are described in our Refund / Revision Policy.

You receive a personal, non-transferable license to view, share with family, and post on personal social media the movie created for you. Short Film Creations retains ownership of the underlying creative methods and tools used to produce your movie. See our Content Policy for details on permitted use.

Our service is provided for personal family enjoyment. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for your movie.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on our website applies to orders placed after it is posted.
